To the person that was shocked that Fox would say anything bad about the administration - they didn't.
They accused the FBI of misusing its power - this administration has made a lot of enemies in the FBI, CIA, and other agencies.
The last person you want to piss off is a spy. They will always get you back in the end.

I like their phrasing "misused the power"....
Not "broke the law". Not "acted in direct violation of their oath to uphold the law". Not "blatantly exceeded their authority by disregarding the law".
"Misused their power". Gotta love spin control.
