Is it just me Or does Simon Cowel have a thing for black girls, and I think Antonella was a bad choice to be voted off, she's preety and can sing....Black girls that sing come a dime a dozen. It made no since to me.
Anyone else feel the same way?

Im not making this a Racial thing but its a fact, that black girls can sing, they come a dime a dozen. Why is it when a black girl sings some songs and sounds like a well know artist,simon says" oh,you sound like whitney houston" if a white girl sounds like a well known artis he says" oh, your nothing special, you sound just like whitney houston" it's a fact that this is simons way. I'v noticed it many times. So if you guys want to hear the same old sounding"black girl" fine, whatever floats your boat, but I think they should have picked someone different to Move on in the show. and its not a racial thing, I just call it like I see it.

Personally, I don't see how anyone could expect Antonella to give spectacular performances after the press she was getting. Imagine the pressure she was under. People are such cads.

Sorry, I disagree. I DVR AI so I can play the performances back. Sometimes you miss things the first time through.
Antonella's voice was just okay. Sure, she can sing, but there was nothing exceptional about her voice. When I played back her song from this week, it really was pretty bad.
Melinda and Lakisha are both exceptional. Pitch perfect. They are in the top 12 because they deserve to be there. It is not an issue of race, but an issue of talent.

Antonella is gone because she was not good enough for the competition. Plus her attitude was awful. She was a snotty little brat that thought she was better than everyone else. She was always rolling her eyes and making snide comments to the judges. We don't need another person like that out there... if she wants to be snotty she can go be a model.

I think Antonella is the worst singer. Like Simon said, she doesn't even come close to the other singers. She deserved to go home. It is a singing competition, not a looks one.

Antonella deserved to go home! Her singing wasn't up to par with the rest of the girls. I wish that Haley was the 2nd girl to go last night though, instead of Sabrina.
As for the black girls on the show - They are so talented!

I feel Antonella is a good singer, but not good enough for the competition. I think Haley should have gone home as well.

I'm sorry but Antonella CANNOT sing and she's a BI**H so she most certainly deserved to be voted off. LONG overdue, in my opinion.
And why do you have to make it about race? I'm loving Lakisha and Melinda. Their race has nothing to do with the fact that they're phenomenal singers.

I agree shee's very pretty but as far as her singing that's another story. I'm not saying she was a terrible singer but compared to the other girls she just wasn't as good.
