Need to know the name of this song...?

I have no idea who it's by, what the lyrics are, but it's like an alternative rock song I heard on the radio earlier, and it had a sort of "Japanese" feel to it, like a weird flutey instrument incorporated into the music, and some vocalization in the background, it was very intense. Dang, I wish I could describe it better.
I looked up the time during which it came on for that radio station, but THEY LISTED THE WRONG SONG on THAT particular slot. Just my luck, and I downloaded every song before and after that, and NONE of them were it!
Could someone help me out?? Is that even possible??

It's definitely NOT 30 Seconds to Mars. It's from the 90s because I forgot to mention the station I was listening to only plays 90s music at that particular time slot. I hope this helps??
