I talk in my sleep and I can kick too I hear!

I talk in my sleep and so does the hubby! He even claims that when I'm sleeping and he's awake that he carries on conversations with me, but I don't know. I think he's trying to freak me out or get me to confess to some deep, dark secret, lol.

Occasionally I talk in my sleep, but from what my family has told me, it's jibberish.

My daughter used to sleep walk once in a while. That was scary. We had to put locks on the tops of the front door, back door and basement door so that she couldn't get out or fall down the steps. I learned early to just redirect her back to bed and not wake her up. So far it seems like she has grown out of it. She hasn't done it in a few years.

I dream very weirdly I have lucid dreams and Out of Body Experiences..and occasionally I sleep walk.
