Hi all! My husband and I began TTC only a few weeks ago (I stopped taking the pill at the end of my last cycle). Recently, my breasts have been super dry (like dry skin dry). Has anyone had this as a side effect of coming off the pill or could I already be pregnant? (or I guess my skin might just be dry?) I don't think I've ovulated yet, unless I did right after I stopped the pill. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else, I haven't had any other side effects of coming off the pill (like acne).

I never took the pill but my boobs were effected by early pregnancy. Really, there are just about as many affects of pregnancy are there are women it's just that some are the most comman.

When I first got pregnant with my daughter, mine were so itchy! I had to rub lotion on them and was always looking for someplace I could go scratch! Maybe it's just dry skin, though. It was the first cycle right after I stopped the pill too. I guess I don't know which one caused it, the pills or the baby.

Dry or cracked nipples is very common after stopping birth control and also some women just naturally have dry skin. I use a little dab of vasoline and it clears it right up.

use moisturiser - the hormones affect skin too
