My guess would be that this type of money is dirty money (money from drugs, etc). If they put it in a bank, the government could track them.
Secondly, putting money in the bank makes it harder for people to evade taxes.
Not all black people are ignorant...just like not all people period are ignorant. The stuff that you see on tv is not representative of the black population. Most of these rappers are a bunch of idiots that are consumed by fame and money.
These are the type of people that make some decent black people like me ashamed; it's sad that too many people think that all black people act that way.
I think you should get out there and meet some more people and you will see different.
