I know you're supposed to take folic acid but i was wondering if anyone knew of any good brands or anything different.

look into Intramax. It is a muti liquid vitamin. When i was looking ofr a good one i found that this one has the best absorbtion. I purchased it from www.ghc.com. It has over 400 vitamins. It's been great. i have increased energy and it has helped my mental and physical being as well. i feel better over all. good luck to you. oh yeah you may want to visit these sites too.

My hubby and I are trying to conceive and I was advised to take prenatal vitamins. You can now buy them over the counter.
