the only thing that shawn kemp will win "one on one" in his current state is a pie eating contest... so in that case, yeah, he can beat lebron 1 on 1... wait, kemp can also beat lebron at making babies...

this question makes about as much sense as turning back the clock to 1991 and asking who would win...a 22 year old shawn kemp or a 7 year old lebron james?

Lebron James. By far. Though fifteen years ago, maybe Shawn Kemp. But it would still be close.

sad to say but Lebron, because shawn kemp is now washed up, he was 1 of my favorite players but i have to call a spade a spade, Lebron, is younger, quicker, can jump higher (now) and by far is more athletic, but i still think it would b a good game to watch

Kemp. he had a better shot selection, and therefore a higher fg percentage and he played better defense
