you have to buy them. If you download them it'll say that your ipod isn't authorized to use these programs and won't download them on your ipod. Sorry man

you plug you ipod in then start itunes then click on the thing that says the name of your ipod it will show information about your ipod then you click on games and then you select the game you bought ten you sync it
