Oh, you're reaching a bit, there.
Liberals...drug humor....very droll.
Ask Mr. Limbaugh about getting high.
And don't forget your beloved, coke-addled president.

I think perhaps you understand the Muslim religion. Some versions of Sharia law require that married or divorce persons found guilty of Zina (adultery) be executed by stoning. Countries which are predominately Muslim or which have a large minority of Muslims vary greatly in their treatment of people found guilty of this crime. According to Amnesty International:
Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Djibouti, Macedonia, Mozambique, Turkey, and Turkmenistan have formally abandoned execution as the penalty for all crimes, including adultery and other sex "crimes."
Albania and Bosnia still retain the death penalty on the books, but do not perform it in practice.
Other countries with a large Muslim population still practice the death penalty for various crimes. Some include blasphemy and adultery. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the Sudan, and some of the northern states of Nigeria practice a very strict form of Sharia law. So do the states controlled by the Parti Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) party in Malaysia.
Christians as well, vary widely in practice. There are around 300 denominations because they disagree with each other!

Just because Christians used to burn witches doesn't mean that witch-burning is a tenet of Christianity.
I hate radical muslims too, but the RELIGION is inherently peaceful. All religions are. Islam unfortunately, like Old Testament Christianity can easily be misinterpereted as glorifying violence.
Islam is not to blame for the f'd up actions of ignorant, angry un-educated Muslim terrorists.
Neither is Christianity to blame for Pat Robertson, Jim Hagerty and Jerry Falwell.

Der. Oppression of women is a problem in just about every religion on earth - including Christianity. Witness "Woman, sit, like an olive plant, in a shady corner of your husband's house, and bear fruit (have babies, that is), and obey your husband. He will take care of you. (If he doesn't, that's not our problem. We'll just blame it on you anyway.)"
You think there's no rape in America? The entire world always had and still does have an enormous problem with treating women equally.
Luckily, in America, there are laws against stoning. But I'm not sure what you're trying to prove with this one.

I thought the bible has the same stuff in it, stoning at such. Every religion has stuff like this in it. But most followers take it with a grain of salt. I don't see all the Christians stoning people. But some countries take it more literal then others. Wait, what point are you making?

Do you Christian religious fundamentalist nut jobs know that your blessed holy Bible says the same damned thing? Or that it's okay to sell your daughter? Or that it's okay to take slaves? Or that it's required to stone a man to death for working on the Sabbath? Or that you should chop off a man's hand for stealing?
You clowns have absolutely no moral grounds on which to stand. Either you cherry pick passages in the Bible to prove whatever point you set out to make, or you truly believe and follow every word in the Bible in which case you're pretty much exactly the same as the Taliban living in the Dark Ages. Take your pick.

Libs have tunnel vision. They have been going nuts for a week over Ann Coulters use of the word"fag*got" but tell us not to condemn a "religion" that has no problem executing people for homosexual behavior. Whatever promotes their political agenda, they are for.No core values on the left.

They must....wait till they see the punishment for being gay....
But to them and the islamic faith they admire...lashing a woman who was gang raped for being alone with a man and the men getting off free as there were no witnesses to come forward..is allowable
And to those that Quote the old testiment of the bible...we do not inflict those punishments any more..
