First off, this might say my name is David somewhere because I'm on my fiance's yahoo, lol. But it's Regina really, so nice to meet you all.

Okay. So I went to the nutritionist about a week ago because I was having all these strange things happen to me. Sickness, swollen breasts, unusual sex drive, increased sensitivity to smell, waist expanding, NO energy, always sleepy, etc. She told me I have PCOS (ovarian cysts) because my periods are irregular, and a few other things.

My last period was on Jan. 1st, 07. I took a preg. test last night and it said positive. I took one this morning and it said negative. It COULD be an evap line because I waited a while before I looked at it again, but I've never taken a test and it show up positive and stay positive. So that makes me confused as crap. I have taken 3 tests now, one is pos the others are both negative.

I feel pregnant. My fiance says I have the "glow" about me. I dunno...

What do you guys think?

When I was pregnant with my son, I had taken 2 tests, one said negative one said positive...

with you first pee in the morning would be the most accurate, it would show if you have the "pregnancy hormone" The symtoms you told are those of being pregnant, but Im not a Dr.

Blood work done by your Doc would be most accurate, more then what we in yahoo can answer....

But by the sounds of it, you may want to start thinking about names ....

Good Luck

It's possible that you are pregnant. The neg tests might be defective or less sensitive than the positive.

You might try an early pregnancy tests. They tend to be more sensitive to HCG than the regular kind.

If the test is negative and you still suspect pregnancy, check w/ your doctor and request a blood test.

You should either make an appointment with your doctor or stop by the local health department to take another test. Both false positives AND false negatives are pretty rare. By now, though, the tests should have been accurate, but, obviously, there's something wrong with one of the tests.

I think you're pregnant. Trust me, it's VERY uncommon for a false positve to happen. Please read all the info on this website that explains all about pregnancy testing.
I think you'll find that unless you read the test results after the 10 minutes and have what's called an evaporation line, then you are pregnant.
You can't rely on urine tests to be the same every time because there's different concentrations of hcg in your urine depending on caffine intake and fluid intake.
Please read this link. ~ like I said, I really think you're pregnant.

I think you should go to the doctor because some pg test just don't work for some people, one of my friends took one as a joke when she was 8 months pg and it said negative..lol Not funny though really. Go to the health dept. if you want secrecy or call your Doctor, any Doctor can take a pg. test for you, you do sound pregnant to me though, good luck with it, but please find out right away, by a physician..

try taking an EPT (error proof test) and if you're pregnant, it'll change right in front of your eyes (less than a minute) if you're still unsure...go see your regular OB and ask for a blood pregnancy test.
