I go to "Add or Remove Programs" and I see it there, I click to remove it but nothing happens it just stays there. I have norton antivirus but it doesn't detect anything.

1. Start/run /msconfig
start programs uncheck the program.
2. C:/Program Files/System alert pop-up
Use the uninstall.exe file here.

try removing it in safe mode that usually works
