If they are not the sugar placebo pills yes you can get pregnant.
Till you have taken them for a month again without a mistake, you should use an other form of birth control. (Condoms spermicides)
If it is the sugar pills no problem there.

If they are not in the last week of your pills yes you can. The first 3 weeks are active pills you do not want to miss any of those

Birth control??
Hun you can get pregnant if you miss even one pill.
You can also increase your chances of pregnancy occuring if you are not consistent and take them around the same time everyday, So keep in mind to take them at the same time everyday...
