I'm very skeptical about online dating,although i'm giving it a try. can you help,what's your advise?

i cant even get a date...online,bars,redlight district...you name it...im starting to think wemen just dont like me.....oh well.

I met me husband online and his best friend met his wife online. There are some winners and losers out there. You just have to work your way through them til you find what you are looking for. You usually have the same sense about an online romance that you have face to face. In other words, you usually can tell when you need to dodge the bull. There are tricky folks out there and they will decieve you in a heartbeat. You just have to know what you are looking for and except nothing less. Just be careful when it seems too good to be true. It usually is. The good thing about online dating is you usually get to know the person for who they are and not what they look like. You will be surprised how much looks don't matter when you find the heart. Good luck to you.

First off, be honest, truthful, and learn to spell. (It's 'advice', not 'advise'.) Intelligent people who are looking for intelligent mates have little tolerance for bad spelling or grammar, and will not appreciate being lied to about age, appearance, weight, income, education, etc.
Be selective. Find someone in your area, don't make things more difficult by meeting someone who lives in another city or state. Don't waste time. If you meet someone, and they dont seem right for you, move on.
Keep an open mind. Don't walk into this with a list of requirements for the 'perfect' mate. They do not exist.
