Although the D-hero and e- hero deck sounds like a good idea I don't recommend it. You seem to have some pretty good cards for both types so here is my suggestion. Separate your E- hero and D-hero cards and make two separate decks. Stratos's effect allows him to work great in both decks. My reason for this is that D-hero and E-hero decks flow differently. Destiny hero's rely on their special effects and themselves to make the deck work, E-hero's are useless until you fuse them. Also the field spells for both types could weigh your deck down. If you needed to draw Skyscraper to win and you drew clock tower prison or Dark city you'd be in trouble. Similarly if you drew polymerization when you needed defender it wouldn't be good. If you are looking for E- hero and D-hero cards for your deck, buy packs of Duelist pack aster Phoenix. It will help you make a destiny hero deck. Similarly, get some packs of duelist pack jaden yuki (1). It has some cards you'll need for your e-hero deck. You should still try to build your E-D- hero deck and see how it works.

Use cards like warrior returning alive and reinforcements of the army to get hero cards faster and from the grave. have some command kinghts to protect your warrior types. DD warrior lady. Exiled force are good in every deck. messanger of peace to protect your life points, fusion gate to fuse faster, miracle fusion and fusion recovery for e- heros
negate attack ordeal of the traveler, to protect your monsters. D-spirit D-time hero signal and destiny signal for your hero monsters.

Good luck and I hope you get the cards you need.

My only suggestion to you would be,,,,

If you make an e-hero, d-hero deck, than avoid competitive play, because E-heros, and D-heros fall very short...

Most often an E-hero deck has to be fast, the longer a player uses an E-hero deck in a duel the greater his/her chance of losing. A good Elemental Deck must be able to make a fusion each turn...

D-Heros, have similar weaknesses, and the two should never mix... Sorry.
