I found a new one recently (apart from 'motherlode') - this one you use at the neighbourhood screen & it's great for one you've built a new house but unfortunately it's more expensive than you planned.

it's 'familyfunds '

where you replace the with your Sim's family name - no <> symbols & with an amount of simoleums eg. I want my Yahoo family of sims to have 55,000 ... so hold down ctrl & shift then press C & into the cheat box type:

familyfunds yahoo 55000

That should do it.

But the 'motherlode' one is good too.
