Hi, have so many people moved from CA to ID that it's like another CA!?? I keep seeing ads with over the top platinum blondes that look like LA. I thought it was a chill atmosphere, am I wrong?? Was thinking about buying property there AWAY from CA, help!

You'll probably have to move farther east to get away from CA. Valley people tend to avoid the plains.

Idaho is nothing like California in my opinion. Idaho is a lot more relaxed, not as rushed. Yes, there is a lot of people here that have moved here from CA. I like the town of Eagle the best in Idaho, it is quieter in Eagle then it is in Boise.

There are probably enough Californians who have moved there recently to escape the high cost of living. So the marketing may have changed along with it.
