I have a 75 gallon that i have had for awhile and i was thinking of getting a bigger one, What size would you get if you where to do it all over would you go with a 160 or go bigger. I`m not sure what i should do , This one i am not going to do a fish only tank, i would think the bigger the better but not sure

I would go with a 180 or 250gal
They are both the same dimensions but the 250 is deeper so you would need more powerful lights which = more money.
The more water you have the easier it is to take care of.

When it comes to salt bigger is always better.

Taking care of bigger is another story.

160 is great, but if I had it to do over, it would be 500-1000 reef tank. (Not so sure my floor would think much of that)

It really depends on what type of fish you want and how much room you have.

It seems to me though that since you are going through the hassle of changing over, you may as well get the biggest you can fit/the biggest you will want.

Ive been told for salt water fish 300L or more is recomened.
i dont know what that is in gallons.
