as all the peaple know very well that in india their is a monopoly of railway , government take the decisions, govt decides the prices of tickets each & every thing govt decides becouse it is under public sector & if i want to make my own train as a private sector enterprice than will government provide me the license to run my train in the area like delhi, gurgoan, noida & palwal .if yes than from whom i have to take permisssion ? from which govt office ? if no, than how can it possible ? please give your suggestions! one more thing suppose govt have given me the permisssion or license than from where i should arrange funds i want to ask about the sourses of finance & the most important thing i want to ask is this what is the cost of train? & how many boxes are their in one train ! if u have any idea ! than pls give ! if railways converted into private sector than employment increases, poverty decreas & the most important thing standard of peaple will increase ! so pls answer this !

You will need right of way or permission to run it on existing track, one reason for nationalising railways was to keep them running, private sector was not profitable and it was an essential service so Indian government had to do some thing, same was the case with, Life Insurance industry and B.O.A.C(in England Private-Nationalised-Private).

There are few Railway lines that are still private in India.

You are living in India: You ask the politicians to privatise the railways. After that you can get the permission/license etc and you will own your own rail and become one of the top 100 milliners in the world. all the best:
