Usually I just walk around in any given casino and find the guys (or they find me) who are giving the VIP passes out.
The thing about Vegas though, is there is always something more VIP than what you think you have. For instance, they give out so many "VIP" cards that you still have to wait in a line. If you get a "VIP" table there are always more hidden and exclusive ones where celebrities are at, so on and so on.

Go to vegas-passport.com. They have some good passes and are a very legit company. I ordered the passes (going sunday) and called the night clubs to be assured that they are accepted. With the passes, you get to skip the lines, and in Vegas, that can be priceless.

Neo hit the nail on the head, to get VIP treatment at the clubs, you have to have what they call a lot of "juice" - meaning you have to know the right people and have the right connections.

you can email 97.5 the radio station and ask them what they can do . They gave me a free pass with whoever i was brinking for my b day to a cool hip hop club called 702 . Ask to get on the guest list at OPM though way much cooler but has a strick dress code .

when i lived there i would just call the club i wanted to go to in the afternoon and ask to be put on the VIP List....its pretty simple i thought.
