Excel Help Vlookup/iserror, Index/Match?

Question

Hi all I have a homework and i'm running out of time so I need some help on this one.

Ok we have a payroll http://img169.imageshack.us/my.php?image=screenshotgo3.png

and I need a formula so that when i enter a Pin Code the other datas will appear just like this http://img413.imageshack.us/my.php?image=datajo5.png

Also, if I enter a non-existing or incorrect Pin Code "File not found" will appear on those boxes.

That is relativity simple to make so I tell you what.

=VLOOKUP(Sheet1!L4,Payroll!B3:G8,5)

=VLOOKUP(Sheet1!L4,Payroll!B3:G8,6)
