Male. Female. It doesn't matter. It's what doctor's do and it's not a turn on for them, male or female. They aren't deciding if you're a good looking guy they'd like to have sex with; they're checking your prostate for cancer!
Male or female, they've seen more assholes and junk than you could shake a stick at! Yours is nothing special.

Yes, I had an exam by female Dr. Its true she had smaller fingers but she had to push harder to reach it.

I thought that if it wasn't a life/death situ, females were limited to beyond the boxer shorts area

i don't think it matter much either way, either one will be sticking their finger where the sun doesn't shine. The only positive on either one is that the female will probably have smaller fingers.
I wouldn't get embarassed, they do it all the time
