Obviously, you need to keep up your intake of food for your and your baby's sake.

If you aren't hungry, avoid eating big meals, instead, eat smaller amounts (sandwiches etc...) during the day when you feel a bit hungry.

You don't need to eat more because you are pregnant, but you do need to make sure you are getting enough nutrients to keep yourself and baby healthy.

Congrats!

You only need an extra 200 calories a day for the baby. The statement youa re eating for 2 is not all the accurate. As long as you are eating when you are hungry and your doctor doesnt say anything about it...youa re perfectly fine!

My appetite didn't change until I was almost 7 months along. I wouldn't eat if your not hungry, why put more weight than on than necessary. If your not hungry, and eating good when you are hungry, then the baby's fine.

You should try to eat three meals a day even if small and even if you are not really hungry to provide your body with replacements for what the baby is taking out.

Eat when you are hungry and eat at least 3 good meals a day. Don't worry, it won't be long and you will feel like you will never stop eating.
