How about a stereo. You can plug a pair of headphones into your underpants and listen to your favourite radio station.
I would start smaller though. Try a pair of underpants that don't ride up and give you a wedgie.

Good question. You know that opening in the front of men's jockey shorts? Nobody uses that. Every guy exits the shorts from the left or right side, (usually the left). Something needs to be done to make this opening less time consuming to use.

I think underwear should have pockets. That way women won't have to carry purses to the club. Next they should have a tiny battery charger for your cellphone so you'll never run out of power in case something happens at that club that you need help getting out of.

What about warming underpants with very thin electrical wires that run on minute batteries so you can sit down outside and your bits would be warm.

I think they should have discreet pockets for the things we don' t necessarily want everyone to know we are carrying. (i.e. tampoons, condoms, breath mints, warming blankets) Maybe they should be scented for those with an abundance of WIND)>>>>> :P

how about a flatulence filter?
Could make it smell like fresh baked cookies each and every time you cut one
or could put something in that would play a little easy listenting music in lieu of the pbbbbt sound.
Maybe do both!
