if i am infact pregnant which i'm awaiting blood tests, is it normal to get sharp pains in one breast? it's all in my right breast right now! and it's occasional not even constant just all of a sudden!

It can be. You can get cool packs that fit into your bra which really help with this. I suffered alot with my last pregnancy and found these really helpful. They go in the fridge and when cool you slip them into your bra for some fantastic relief from pain.

I would say YES - it is normal... I am pregnant and am having similar issues in my left breast - I believe it is because I sleep on my left side and in the morning, my left breast is almost unbearable to touch (even in a bra)... therefore, I would suggest that it has something to do with the way you sleep or having more physical activity on the RIGHT side of the body - for you!
