Yes it helps me alot! Even though I dont really have any pimples the ones I do have it helps get rid of them! But even if it doesnt help you get rid of your acne then it will certainly help cover it up! Make sure you use a good face wash, astringent & lotion. Also drink lots of water & get a good spot treatment that will help alot as well! I hope this helps! Good Luck :)

Yes and no, but mostly no. A small amount of tanning will help dry your face, so some of the oil will evaporate and therefore your pores will clear a bit... but too much tanning will dry out your face and stress out your already stressed skin. Plus, the sunscreen will further clog your pores if you don't wash it off properly. I recommend not tanning your face, except for a very limited time.
It's a catch-22; no matter what you do, a small amount will help your acne, but too much will unbalance your skin even further and make it worse.
I'd recommend seeing a dermatologist, who can prescribe a far more effective treatment for acne, especially if it's so bad you don't want to even leave the house.

Yes, it helps, here is what I do. I put on a lil concealer before I go tanning because of the emmbarrasment of my pimples, then when I get to my tanning room, I wipe my face clean with one of them Ponds Makeup Remover towlettes and get in and tan, when im done i just use the mirror in the room to reapply a lil concealer to hide the pimples again and I go home.....
the pimples will dry out from the tanning and they wont appear red but they will still be there, just not as long....

Yes, but the after effects are much worse.
You will end up with leathery skin, hyper pigmentation, wrinkles, lines and look in general, haggard.
Avoid tanning beds!!!
In fact, tanning of the skin is your skin's response to it being damaged by the UVA and UVB rays. So when you tan, you're just showing that your skin is damaged. NOT healthy.
If you have pimples, then take better care of your skin with proper cleansers, over the counter topical acne medication and good makeup habits.

Don't use the tanning bed as a solution for anything...you will just end up with skin cancer!
Just try different types of face wash. Have you tried proactiv? I have used that, and it worked pretty well...so did clinique bar soap and St Ives medicated apricot scrub...

It helps with my face. My acne isn't bad but it seems to cover up the little ones that I have. I use a face lotion called Carotene Cream and it works really good.
Try going to a dermatologist and tell her you want something that won't dry out your face and something you can use while tanning or going out in the sun (their gonna tell you its bad to tan and bla bla bla) but i got something that works really good and i can wear it tanning and it doesnt make my face red and dry like most.

No, your face is probably overdry from all the tanning (that is horrible for your skin and turns you into a leatherly looking freak) and is creating all the oil to make up for it. Think about that.

Only if you'd also like to have cancer. Where I work, we just removed basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) from the center of a 17 year old girls forehead. She had been tanning since she was 13. Wake up America!!!!!

It could help, but I would not but lotion on my face, try using a moisturizer instead.
During your shower you should use something like Noxzema to help clear the face and finish off with a night moisturizer.
