You should purchase the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. Whether you are trying to get pregnant or prevent pregnancy naturally, this book will answer all your questions, as well as teach you things about your body and cycle.

If you aren't trying to get pregnant, PLEASE be responsible and take birth control pills and protect yourself from disease by using latex condoms.

Best of Luck and I hope this helps!
