About a week before I am due on I get very stressed, impatient and just gereranally evil to be honest, I started to take vitamins which are meant for women for that time of the month, I think evening primrose is suppose to be good for that to, I cant say whether they worked or not because I had to stop taking them because I am trying for a baby but maybe you could give them a go, I got mine from boots..

About a week before my monthly i get anxiety, moodiness and i sometimes feel like crying, its P.M.S. you can get help for this from the doc's so don't suffer. There are lots of herbal remedies for this kinda thing so go to your nearest health store and speak to someone about this as they are trained in this. Try taking regular exercise, Some women have found that taking vitamin B (particularly B6) is helpful,taking evening primrose oil helps and another thing that definitely works is the the combined oral contraceptive pill. :)

Approx 3 days before i get my period my symptoms start. Migraine, moody, crying over nothing, food cravings & stomach cramps. I went to my doc and he told me to try evening primrose oil capsules & magnesium capsules.
I had no symptoms for 1 month and then it was back to my normal routine. Everyone gets different symptoms.

I get these symptoms and more. My legs ache, backache and I get a feeling of something like a spider crawling over me. I also cry over anything little. But after a day or two I'm fine again.

Some get tension in the muscles and some in the peritoneal muscles. It deiffers from person to another. You could ask your doc to prescribe a mild muscle relaxant and see is that helps.

i think its jsut the first day of periods!!mines is a bit dodgy aswell!!!but if ure really worried try doing yoga in a calm environment and try deep and long breathing. but if it still dsnt get bette see a nurse, she'ss be able to help!!i hope this helps

pmt has physical symptoms you do not necessarily get all of them. try agnus castus and magnesium supplements and eveing primrose oil
