I do enjoy sex much more when I am in love with the person, I think that having sex is a very personal private expression of love. I dont just have sex for fun.

While purely physical sex, without emotion, isn't bad at all...it IS better when there's an emotional connnection. I find that the emotional connection makes both partners more willing to think of the other's needs, and be more willing to forego their own satisfaction in favor of their partner's. When you get both participants worrying less about themselves and more about the other, sex can be absolutely fantastic. It's the best there is.
That breaks down when only one of the two is being unselfish, since the selfish one doesn't return the favor...and it breaks down when neither one is unselfish -- when each is only thinking of themselves, no matter how good their "technique," the sex just isn't as good.
It doesn't have to be "true love" or anything...just caring about the other person and their wants and needs. When both do that...oh, yeah -- fireworks :)

Overall I'd say when you're in love with the person...cuz generally then I'm in a relationship where I don't worry a lot about her turning psycho on me and worry less about diseases and all that anxiety that goes with one-night stands.
The fun part about one-night stand type sex though, is that I can just worry about me...don't really care if she gets off or has a good time...so I guess I am more selfish in that scenario and that can be more pure "fun."

It can be great either way but much better when your in love , it depends on how you view sex , if you view it as a casual thing then you would think it was better just for fun, but i tell you when you love someone there is so many feelings behind it, it ties you and him together in one its a magnificent experince but if you arent ready it can scare you , either way i dont think anyone is a bad person for there thoughts with sex

I have been reading some of these other responses and while everyone is titled to their opinion - I refuse to believe that most of these answers are truthful.
How many people would rather their man give you some serious hot sex as opposed to all that flowery romance crap that only exists in the movies - Lets get real people - nobody in the bedroom is making love - they are straight up

it aint much unless it is the real thing. and that is only once in your life. but the alternative is okay, too. you can make it without love, just good friends, but aint nothing like the real thing baby. fact is, you can have a good life with none of it. it is dangerous these days. want aids? herpes? and worse combinations? they are out there just waiting to pull you under. dangerous. be careful. be very, very careful. you may like someone who is a carrier and doen't even know it. need doctors' to check and pray to god. it is bad. real bad and painful. and nobody will be your friend if you mess up like that. i gave it up. thank got i passed the test. won't trust anybody else.
