He may not be a one-woman man. Remember that, even while I advise this: YOU ask HIM out. That should give you some quick input. If he likes you, you'll know it. If he doesn't...well, it'll hurt like heck, but the uncertainty will be ended. You can move on, find a guy who reciprocates your feelings.
