This would be consistent with the Founder's intent that the US be a democracy not a monarchy

Any candidate, no matter whom they are related to, still has to be elected. They do not "inherit" the title as in a monarchy.

No. A monarchy is not decided by an electorate.

But spouses who have already claimed the executive privilege for 8 years? Definitely have already served their terms.

That would violate the constitutional right that allows any US citizen who is 18 or older, to seek an elected office.

just make sure you vote....my worst nighmare is that barack obama gets the presidential nod from the dems and he picks hillary as vp...then he gets reelected and after that, hillary runs and gets elected twice....i think 16 years of the two of them would turn this country into another socialist bearocracy that the united nations would love to run....

In Hillary's case that's a nice thought but no we can't. Everyone has the right to run. She's not going to win anyway.
