90's-------DX

2000s---Have to go with the Dudleys since there is not any tag team that has really jumped out there.

The Road Warriors is the best of all these.

80's - hart foundation, followed closely by the british bulldogs and the road warriors. the 80's was a great time for tag teams, and the hart foundation epitomized the definition of a tag team. they had a cool finisher that needed them both to execute, they never turned on one another, and they could be heel or face. there were many other successful ones as well, like demolition, valentine & beefcake, the rockers, volkoff & shiek, the steiners, etc

90's - the dudley boyz, followed closely by the hardy boyz and edge & christian. the 90's was the attitude era, and no one brought the attitude like the dudley boyz. they brought tlc matches to the mainstream, popular to this day. other successful tag teams during that time were the nasty boyz, harlem heat, the outsiders, and the new age outlaws (although i dislike them immensely).

2000's - none. how can you compare modern day tag team wrestling to the 80's and 90's? tag team wrestling is pretty much dead. there are no more good teams. all the teams in the tag division right now are basically two guys thrown together for the purpose of a tag team. they have no longevity. they have no chemistry. can you name me one tag team in the 90's that were brought INTO wrestling as a tag team (that eliminates, for example, the hurricane & rosey and rated rko), lasted longer than 2 years (that eliminates, for example, the wgtt), and weren't relegated to a second tier show like 'heat' (that eliminates, for example, the highlanders and cade & murdoch)? betcha can't.

People forget about Harlem Heat, Booker T and Stevie Ray, but they were great in WCW. I also like the Midnight Express, Rock 'n Roll Express, and the Andersons.

The greatest tag team of the 1970s was the Minnesota Wrecking Crew: Ole and Gene Anderson. Ole later became a founding member of the four horsemen. Also Destruction in the WWF.

everyone chooosing the eighty's team must be effin' loopy lol. The eighty's team different than Michael Jordan and Kareem has no protection in besides. Magic performed NO protection. fowl replaced into standard. Nique could no longer spell protection. Kareem replaced into respectable. seem at that freakin 90s team. You no longer in basic terms have effective scorers you have a number of the main suitable defenders (Jordan, Pippen, Olajuwon) that this league has ever seen. or maybe then Stockton (all-time steals chief) and Malone have been no slouches. provide me the team which could play on the two ends ANYDAY!!

You're all forgetting about the Hart Foundation, Sting & Luger, The Steiners, Money Inc., The Outsiders, The Natural Disasters...ALL better tag teams than those mentioned above.

80's - Hart Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim 'the Anvil' Neidhart)
90's - New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn and Road Dogg)
Hardy Boyz would be a close #2.
00's MNM (Johnny Nitro and Joey Mercury)
Not a whole lot of teams to choose from in the 2000's.
