That's great! There is only a few left-footed players compared to right-footed.

OK, to be a good Left Back, firstly you must have good stamina and mobility, because you are expected to move along the flank during the whole match. You can practice long-range running (to improve stamina) and sprint (to improve pace & acceleration). You should have good anticipation, positioning, and marking. It is advisable to improve your agility as well to face pacey and skillful opponents, also passing, dribbling, and crossing, because you will do these things a lot during the game. Do not forget to do weight training, because it will help you in a physical game and in avoiding injury. you It is better (although not compulsory) to have good heading skill and good long shots. Finally, keep practising because there is no other way to make sure your readiness facing important matches!

You can watch the play of best full-backs or wing-backs in the world, such as Roberto Carlos (4 years ago), Phillip Lahm, Gianluca Zambrotta, Cafu, Paolo Maldini (8-12 years ago). See how they defend, get involved in attack, come suddenly from behind, deliver brilliant passes, and even score. You will learn a lot from them.

In general play I'd suggest keeping in line with the rest of the defence so not to play attackers onside, when marking a winger stick close but don't dive in for the tackle. Frustrate them and if possible always try to make them play with their weaker foot. Whether this means cutting down the angle for their run or shepherding them both can work.

Speed is always useful along with a good touch and passing. Stick to the simple ball at first but don't be scared to try something a bit classier providing there is cover if you don't pull it off.

Being able to run with the ball well and assist your winger would be a good asset, provide an overlap by running ahead of him when he's got the ball. If you do this make sure you can provide a good cross for the strikers when you get the chance to cross.

Another asset that i find really helps is strength, alot of players hate playing against someone they can't beat physically.

I am a LB
Practice running fast but not in straight lines.
Practice passing to a LM and runnng ahead to continue the attack.
Always try and dodge the incoming player near the sideline not towards the center.
Learn to pass staraight ahead rather than always giving long balls to RF and RM.
Remember you can also take the ball towards your goal to retain possesion.
Be athletic but not weak.
Believe in yourself and all the best.

Become faster, be able to out jump anyone on your team, be stronger than anyone on your team. Just lift a lot of weights and do a lot of jumps. A good way to jump higher is to get on level ground, then jump up to a raised platform and then back down, without letting your feet stay on the ground, as soon as you hit the ground, jump back up. Start with small jumps and then go to bigger ones.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?Q29J

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.

He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
