They scare me the way schizophrenics and madmen scare me. I think, "My goodness, is there so much madness everywehere around me?" They scare me like I imagine zombies would scare me. Milling about, talking to the sky. They just represent the ways in which things can go horribly wrong with a human being. Like a man with parasitic worms all throughout his body. Madness. Insanity.

Yes, especially Jehova's Witness, they are too much, one of them waited for me outside my door for almost 45mins, I dare not to open the door because I can see who it is outside, but they kept ranging the door bell, I think they knew I'm home~ this is after I told them off. I felt embarassed that my house is a mess because I have a toddler, but they still wanted to come in. So they started chanting phrases in the Bible, when my door's closed. That is schizophrenic indeed!!
I just think that religion is something a person seeks, because God gave human free will to choose, it shouldn't be something that's forced upon you.

Well, that is maybe a phobia you need to get over. No they don't scare me but I do think sometimes they can be a little extreme. What I really can't stand is when I have Jehovah witnesses or Mormons coming to my door to try and "save me". If I felt I needed to be saved i would go to church. I don't think it is right for people to push their religious beliefs onto others but that is what makes America free "freedom of religion". Hopefully you conquer your fear.

It depends on how religious.
A little bit religious is not a problem but it is so big in your life that you can't even have a relationship or wear a short skirt or go to a party, then yes, religious people do scare me.

Some of them scare me. I love it when they stand on the street preaching at all the cars telling them to get 'saved' and 'come unto Christ' I have to laugh be deep out I am scared.
