Can a person's future be determined(accurate) by just knowing his/her name and the persons date of birth? The time of birth is important or not? Can time change (at the time of birth)the future?Please help me!I'am in great tension!

Astrology has helped me to act with conviction, courage and
perseverance when I knew that a powerful planetary configuration was on my side. So I've experienced the power of astrology. As to your second question, place, date and exact time of birth are indispensible. As far as I know, the
astrologer doesn't need to know your name. For me, the
greatest value of astrology is that you get to know yourself better, especially your strengths and weaknesses.

It's 1/3rd future and 2/3rds past that helps the person. The best ones let the info come to them via the Higher Power and they look to the stars as a set of steps for information. Ya don't wanna be finding out if you're getting laid next week or who's gonna win the next big game like the Superbowl next year or the Grammys/Oscars or even the Kentucky Derby. The best thing one can ask for is what messages do my ancestors have for me?

astrology doenst change ur life but astrology tells u what is already written by god for ur life.
to some extent it does chnage the way u look at life adn ur day to day life because u already know what astrology told u about ur life so if u believe it u will think about it. for example a person is told by astrologer when he will meet with accident on which date and yr. he will not go out that day because of fear but accident is meant to happen no matter where even if u r at home it might happen roof might colapse, so it puts u to think.

yes even a lil chnage in minutes can change the astorlogers predction

ur future cannot be accuratly determined with astrology. but astrology can help u understand yourself and the other decisions that people do and (probaby and most likely) the ones that they will tend to do this is very helpfull for making choices.
your time and place of birth is very important to determine not more that just your sun sign, since this is only a general outlook of ur personality. birth and time are important when making a birth chart. u should do one and check it out. u would be suprised of all the things u find in it!

The future cannot be "determined" as if it's pre-arranged and preordained and predestined.
However, the future can be, and is, SELF-determined (and pan-determined) by what an individual thinks, by what he says, and by what he does.
Understanding life's complex processes may be the scope of astrology and numerology, but the responsibility and accountability for determining the future rests with you.

Yes I know Astrologer who gives you your future and past as soon as you speak out your name. He is having NARAD SANGHITA and knows Thousands of Sanskrit Verses. He told me just bymeeting me and before I spelt out the full sentence. A very learned scholar.
He told me horoscope prepared was 25 minutes off and that I should check up results with new timing and old one for timing of events in life. He is in Motihari Bihar a Jyotishacharya all the way.

Future is factor of Current Karmas and past karmas.
Too much concern with Time of Birth and Place would not help if one is not concerned with Current Work,
