Only spineless robots ask questions like that. They are the people that will stick up for any and all authority all the time. Like Benedict Arnold. When a person complains about something, it is because they feel they have been wronged - not because they have a chip on thier shoulder. Comments like you asked in your question - and I don't know what you are thinking - is a simple way of dissing people. Isn't it?

buzzligh-- Your question is vague -don't you think? You might want to start realizing that it is possibly a question with morbid curiosity traits.
I think someone that truly has a chip on their shoulder believe everyone else is to blame ....so you won't be hearing from them!
