i'm gonna get GTA: SAN ANDREAS and i was wondering if it was playable via a regular pc game controller cauz i hate playing games with the keyboard and mouse.

Yes, if you have a computer based game pad you can use it. Know though that becuase there are so many commands for certin things you will still be asked to use the keyboard but they are small task like raising and lowering a fork lift and other such things. I would suggests a Logitech game pad as they are the best things you can use and are mostly in the PS format but with more, easily reach-able buttons.
