You should most definitely speak to your doctor about this to rule out any thing serious but I experienced something similar when I was pregnant and the pain/discomfort was caused by pressure/weight put on the uterus.
If that is all it is after your doctor has cleared you and your baby's health then I'd suggest trying to stay off your feet a bit more.
Congratulations and good luck.

okay, try laying on your left side, and count the times the pain comes. if it is more than 5 in an hour you need to get to the doctor, because you are probably in labor. A womans water will not break all the time. sometimes you have to have the doctor do it for you. You probably need to contact the doctors office, or call the labor and delivery of your nearest hospital and explain to them what is going on, you may need to be checked out.

gosh i hated this pain, and it only got worse!!! at 39 weeks and 3 days, it feels like im going to explode, it felt as though he was coming through your cervix huh? or like a foot slipped out, but apparently its the baby hitting nerves on the inside that causes that, talk to your dr for a similar answer, lol, thats where i got mine

You may be experiencing what they call braxton hicks ( contractions that get your body ready to deliver) If your feeling pressure in your pelvic region you need to call your OB doctor. Congrats ! Good Luck !

Your body is getting ready for delivery. However, you should always consult your OB. Tell him/her everything.
