Okay, she should defnitely be reported. Any women who leave her children and run off, doesn't need those kids.

Ok im a mother of 3 boys i'd never leave them no matter what if i leave they come aswell. But u got 2 think about this 1 u have got 2 tell the truth no matter what u think as if u lie those kids could b at risk and u dont really want that on ur mind now do u?

To be honest i dont think she should have those kids full time i think its best that they stay with the person who brought them upwhile she was gone as it can upset the children even more its like that when they start school and settled down and made friends then u moved and they start a new school they feel upset and remake friends can b very upsetting for a child as most children hates change

i presume she walked out and left you with the kids... this will not make her look bad in the eyes of the court unfortunately. how long has she been gone, has she maintained regular contact with them, can she support them, will she be home for them, will they have to move schools, where do they want to live? these are the questions the cafcass officer will want answers to. I am assuming she now wants the kids with her. your best bet is to try to hide any bitterness you feel, say you will encourage contact etc and make out you are mr reasonable. the courts will not as a rule split up the kids and though they will listen to the younger ones if what they want differs from the eldest they go with the eldests opinion. its a very worrying time ive been there i wish you the best of luck

It is really hard to say with not knowing all the details...But on the most part the report will be unbiased...All couples separating have issues with one another that will get mentioned but on the whole will not be dwelt on.

If there is evidence that she just abandoned her children other than you as a witness...then it may get looked at more in your favour.

If she was a drug user...severe psychological disorder. The report would highlight her plight.
But most importantly they will make sure that they make the right decision for the children...depending on their ages...what the children say will be the most important part of the report.

I hope this turns out well for you a, woman who does this to her children should not be parenting!!

If I understand your question, you are asking what to tell a child protection authority when they ask whether the childrens' mother abandoned them to sleep with someone else.

So, a few things, did she leave them in the house unattended and then come back?

Did she move out of the house and leave you and hasn't been back?

So, if she left them unattended to go have a fling, yes, tell the authority what they want to know. Leaving children unattended by a responsible babysitter is a reflection on her being a bad mother and role model. If she left them with a babysitter to go fool around, it just makes her an adulterer and has no bearing on her motherhoodness (is that a word?).

If she left you to care for the children then she just ran out on the family. Tell the authorities the truth of the circumstances.
