well it would make sense that india has rigged the U.S phone systems because every time I as a medical collector try to contact United Healthcare, a Georgia, USA based company, I am mysteriously transferred to India........

Actually companies go with India for customer service reasons. For when people are calling a tech support place in the evening, most americans are already home. All it does is allow for more 24/7 tech support. I see no harm in it.

I think they should rig the phoine lines to Howard Stern's show, since he is looking for another 15 minutes of fame, since his satelite ratings are in the tank and his show jumped the shark years ago,,,
