1. We didn't have the "great big idea" at the right time (computers need an OS; point and click makes computing easier; why not take that idea from HP? --Bill Gates)

2. Nobody taught us investment and re-investment. (Buffett) Parents and school said: learn your times tables, get a good job in a big company, hope that your company's retirement plan is a good one.
