where is the reversing switch on a renault 5 campus L reg

Is it best to get at the switch from underneath the car and wear abouts should i be looking for it underneath? is it very obvious?

normaly on the gearbox. join the two connecters together. if light comes on switch is u/s

hi there the reverse light switch is located at the front of the gearbox below the clutch lever, you will notice some wires going down there, follow them then you will find the switch, hope this helps from gary (oswestry)

Right at the bottom of the gearbox, best got at through the nearside wheelhouse with wheel removed. Remove it and you lose all the oil, remember to use the right grade to refill otherwise gearchange becomes stiff.
