What do I do as the wrestling coach at my middle school? Need help!!!!?
I coach wrestling here at my middle school. We have a 14 year old 8th grade girl Paige who is very pretty and was a cheerleader last year, decide to wrestle. Unfortunately she isnt very good. When we wrestle in practice, I think some boys may grope her butt and try to get some " free " feels. She hasnt complained but I noticed some things. Should I leave it alone or say something?

Confront the boys with a witness present but away from the team on an individual basis. Counsel them about their inappropriate behaviour. Express what changes you would like them to make. Inform them of a womans right to compete and work and live free as any man would. Document it all. Share your concerns with your immediate supervisor.

no ask something ask her if she feels anybodies being inappropiate worry about all the girls dont just watch the pretty ones.ask the boys to show a little class

I would ask her what her thoughts are. If she feels that the boys are being inappropriate, then I would say something to them.
