i have heared that when a tourist leaves the USA he can receive tha taxes he payed back?
if that truth? if it is, where does the USA gov return my taxes i have paid for stuff i bought/?

When you have bought your stuff at the air port you have probably not even paid tax.
In order to get your tax back you have to ask for a duty free or tax free receipt the moment you buy your things.
This is a special form you fill it out and in general are there several offices at the air port where you can get your paid tax back.
I don't think that it is possible to get you taxes back when you have already left the US, or it might e possible but it is only worth the work if you have spend a lot.
