At 4 degree of Celsius, density of water is 1.0 g/ml.

For 50 ml of water, the total gram is 50 g.

The density of water is 1000kg per cubic metre (1000kg/m3) or 1g per cubic centimetre (1g/cm3). Thus 50ml (=50cm3) of water would weigh 50g at room temperature and pressure.
The mass would differ slightly as water expands and contracts due to changes in temperature. i.e at higher temperatures molecules move further apart (less molecules in bigger space) and vice versa.
Hope this answer helped.
