Is it acidic enough to react with NaOH? i have it in solid form, dissolved in dichloromethane and i wanna separate it out. Can i just react it with base to form an aqueous layer, or would it not react totally with naoh?

Why not just evaporate the DCM? If you make the salt in water, you'll need to neutralize, extract, and you'll be right back where you are now.

the phenol groups would donate H+ (or gain e-) so it should react with NaOH(aq)
