Bad News. It is very difficult to contact a specific person on the other side. With a Ouija board you are sending a signal out and whatever gets it and decides to answer will. What will likely happen is that you will get a lower level demon who will lie and deceive you. They definitely are not a game and usually lead to bad things.

Bearing a name said to be derived from the French and German words for “yes,” the Ouija board is simply a flat, smooth board bearing the letters of the alphabet, numbers, and often the words “Yes,” “No,” “Maybe,” and “Goodbye.” A hand-sized, heart-shaped device perched upon three short legs, each of which has a pad or wheel to enable the instrument to slide freely across the board, is known as the planchette. This is used as a pointer, the tapered end of the heart shape indicating letters on the board.

One or more operators sit around the board, each lightly resting fingers upon the top of the planchette. It is said that spirits or other entities cause the planchette to move about the board, spelling out messages and answers to questions posed by the operators. If it was just supernatural why would you need people for it to work?

It uses a group mentality to move the piece, there's no real supernatural force behind it. The answers aren't random, they're either led by one person consciously or they're an unconscious desire of a person coming through.

Of all the forms of divination this is one of the poorest. However if you know that it's great fun to spook your friends.

I would really want to try it. I think it's mostly just one of your friends that would just shake the glass. Lol. But it would be fun to just hang around with your friends and having fun. But then I also have the curious mind. I'm so curious. Who knows, there are somethings that can't be explain but I'm still curious. But I don't really think it's real. Just mere fun and excitement.

its bad! stay away from it! it only invites evil spirits into your home which you would never want to have. They won't do anything to u physically, but i'm sure they can cause some sort of problems and feelings of evilness around. if u have one burn it. Simply throwing it away won't do u good. My mom had one as a child and when they would throw it away, they would come home only to find it there again

the ouija board is a real tool used by real psychics or even by regular people, no offense towards me, i know, i'm not a psychic, but i do have an ouija board, look up ouija board on yahoo/google/msn anything and you will get scary stories!!

you should NEVER use one if you do not understand it. you may open a portal to the other side you do not want to bring thru......any spirit can come thru it, say they are good and be malevelant.....(bad)...
they can and do harm.....
you need to take necessary precautions , like a circle of protection, before using one.....
people think it is a joke.......they wont be laughing if they have to deal with an evil spirit just 1 TIME!!!!!
