I moved to the Sierra Mountains years ago. My 1st camping trip, there was a bear lurking outside the tent that night. Glad I slept through it! But a lady later told me never camp when you're having your period because it can attract bears. I wasn't, but I'll make sure I never am when camping! Lots of bears in our area.
As far as rain, why? To be cold and miserable and wet? Or couped up in a tent. No thanks.

It wouldn't be the most pleasant but why not. There are worse things than having a period, or experiencing a rain shower.
I believe each day is a gift and we need to get out there and enjoy them.

I wouldn't go camping. If I have things to do, I'll got out in the rain if I have to. :)

hell no! i wouldn't go camping in a tent anyways. my idea of roughing it would be a motel 6 or a decked out camper with aircondition. lol. i deff. wouldn't go if it was raining or if i was on my period or if it was out in the middle of nowhere with no running water (showers and toilets). i'm a girly girl and i like to be clean. i also hate bugs with a firey passion. and camping usually includes a lot of them. lol

Depends on how 'far out' the camping is..if there is a 'real' toilet on the campgrounds, my period wouldn't bother me...raining, well, depends if it is supposed to rain the whole time...no thanks, if it were light rain or stopping while there, why not?

I Wouldnt do either go camping sunny, in the rain, on my dot or at all.

No Way!! I like to curl up on the sofa after Midol time and whine softly while my husband fixes dinner and acts nice hoping I won't get cranky! You Girls have fun on your bloody camping trip!! See you when you get back. And wash those muddy shoes off too! Owwwwwww. What's for dinner?

Have absolutely done both. Once, we had to stay in the tent for 3 straight days b/c it rained the whole time. We drank and played yahtzee...Good Times!

I have. Anytime something important like vacation comes up, my little friend visits. Just make sure you have toliet paper (plenty) and your personals! Oh, and also Advil or Midol in case the cramps get terrible! Good Luck!
