I knew there were haters out there but truthfully if you ask the GM's in the league this question (and its been done before); the answer is Kobe. No one else in this league has more confidence and a killer instinct than Kobe. He is playing better team ball this year even though they are in a recent slump. Even though these players are from different generations, I would venture to say that 15 years after both are retired and looking back at stats and rings etc... and you will have Kobe up on top in every category. 81-points; 12 3's in one game... Wade is good; but Kobe is hands down sick...

Without question it's Dwayne Wade. You're joking right? Wade is by far the better player in the clutch or any time during the game. Wade is also a great team player. If the double or triple team comes his way, he will pass the ball. Bryant would prefer to shoot an air ball and lose than to get an assist as his team wins. If it's down to the final seconds, I would rather Ben Gordon of the Chicago Bulls or Chauncey Billups of the Detroit Pistons to take the shot over any other players in the league. Robert Horry and Brent Barry of the San Antonio Spurs and Mehmet Okur of the Utah Jazz are also better clutch shooter than Wade or Bryant.

considering wade can't make a three pointer his range is more limited than bryant's as far as game winning shots go. kobe also has the best fade away jump shot in basketball. 5 guys could guard him and he'd be able to make a shot. when i think of game winning shots, the first name to come to mind is kobe bryant, i can't even remember a big shot wade has hit off the top of my head. i think it's hands down kobe bryant, the only people who say wade either don't know much about basketball or are kobe haters.
oh and wade has a separated shoulder so it's gona be hard for him to make game winning shots with one hand. ;)
ps- the guy above me is an ignorant asshole and has no credibility in what he says simply for being a hater. first of all it's funny how he considers kobe a rapist when he was found innocent of that crime because the ***** he allegedly raped was a money hungry hooker who had 7 different men's semen in her. go ahead and call him an adulterer or cheater if u want, but rapist just makes u sound like an idiot. also, wade putting on one of the greatest performances in history? u must not watch much basketball. kobe bryant scored 81 points in a game in case you didn't know and that is questionably the greatest individual achievements in nba history. get a clue deush bag.

D-Wade hands down no question about it!!! He is a great character and player. Knows how to drive to the lane, shoot the jumper, etc etc etc..... Flash put on the GREATEST PERFORMANCE in not just NBA history but in BASKETBALL history in the 2006 NBA Finals. What did Kobe the RAPIST do, throw away games like he did in the '06 1st round playoff against the Suns. Game 7 the RAPIST kept on passing the ball while the Suns kept on increasing their lead. MJ or D-Wade wold never let that happen.
