Yes it will have the Orange Logo on it. However, On some phones like the V3, the Logo is on the back and pronounced enough to scratch it off. I know this as I has a V3 and I scratched the Logo off, and afterwards I couldn't even notice that it was even there to begin with.
However, My new Phone SE K800i the Orange Logo is in the front under the screen cover plastic. I took the Screen Cover off, and I found out it was under more plastic and it's unable to come off.
So it all all depends on what phone you're getting, Whether you can take the Orange Log off of it. Also both my phones were locked to Orange an d had to be paid up to 25Pounds for it to be used on another network, like O2, Virgin, Vodaphone, T-Mobile but not 3.
Hope this Helped.

It will have an orange badge unless you get a generic phone which is means its unbranded and probably unlocked. Generally orange phones bought from an orange retailer tend to locked. I recently got a contract phone a samsung e900 on vodafone, which was a generic phone and i found out it was unlocked. My other phone an nokia n73 which is on 3 is branded and locked.

In my country, all cell phones sold by Orange, carry it's logo.
But, you can scratch it off. With your nail, or with a gentle dish-washing cleaning pad. Also with acetone. But, it usually it erases the paint from the phone it self, so you should be gentle.
As for the locked-to-Orange-only issue: in my country you can ask Orange to unlock it for other operators, for a fee. You can search the web for self-and-free unlocking methods .
